Upright Bass 1: by Christopher, 7/8 size w/Lenzner gut D AND G
strings and Super Silver E AND A strings.
Upright Bass 2: by Kay (blonde, circa 1940) w/ gut strings.
Electric Bass: 1977 Gibson "Ripper" fretless (altered by Danny Gatton)
w/ D'Addario half-round strings.
John also occasionally plays a Fender acoustic bass guitar
